Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Suwanee, GA. The role inspects products at multiple stages, reads engineering drawings and GD&T, and uses precision tools like calipers, micrometers, height gages, and CMM to ensure conformance.

You will document results, support corrective actions, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in GD&T interpretation; attention to detail and documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety and EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
• Utilize measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and CMM.
• Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection and quality records.
• Support containment, MRB, and nonconforming material processes.
• Follow all safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
