Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of quality inspection.
• Experience using hand grinders is preferred.
• Ability to interpret basic work instructions and prints.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality, and workmanship

Responsibilities

• Inspect forgings and components to verify compliance with specifications.
• Perform visual inspections to identify surface defects and irregularities.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify and document internal and external defects.
• Communicate inspection results to support quality and process control.
• Remove defects using hand-held and stationary grinding equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in work areas.
