Nemera seeks a Quality Inspector in Buffalo Grove, IL to support the BG Quality Inspection team. The role involves assisting the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager to ensure product quality and process effectiveness across the organization.

You will read drawings, inspect materials, document nonconformances, and collaborate with production to implement corrective actions. This on-site, full-time position emphasizes precision testing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality roles preferred.
• Ability to use gauges, inspection fixtures, and leak testing equipment.
• Ability to use software productivity tools such as Statistical Process Control.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand ~75% of shift.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager to maximize product quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret drawings, data, manuals to determine inspection procedures.
• Analyze test data and compute results for conformity.
• Collect samples and verify conformance to standards.
• Reject nonconforming products and document deviations.
• Discuss results with production and recommend corrective actions.
