Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ability to lift 44 lbs, proficiency with MS Word/Internet Explorer, and a hands-on approach to cross-training across departments and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficient with MS Word and basic internet tools.
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 44 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and co-workers in a customer-friendly manner.
• Receive and inspect customer product for processing.
• Establish product process sequence.
• Inspect finished product.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Learn new skills and cross-train into various departments.
• Act as member of the monthly Quality Council.
• Cross-train in other areas of production.
