Job summary

Vishay Centerline, located in Hudson, Massachusetts, is seeking an Inspection Operator for a second shift (2pm-12:30am, Mon–Thu, four days). The role inspects substrates for defects, checks quality throughout production, and may cross-train on finishing machines in a small, on-site shop environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior production experience; strong attention to detail, dexterity, and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle small and fragile parts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials to print before, during, and after the production process.
• Clean and pack parts.
• Populate the Yield Analysis Board.
• Document findings.
• Use high and low powered microscopes, micrometers and calipers.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment in an orderly condition.
• Communicate with machine operators and management on a regular basis.
