Trinity Industries is seeking an Entry Quality Inspector to join our team. Our products play a vital role in the supply chain, supporting our daily lives and economy. With over 85 years of experience and more than 6,000 employees, our mission is Delivering Goods, For the Good of All.

Responsibilities
  • Determine if products meet all requirements and complete inspection records/reports in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Perform inspections of parts or materials to ensure conformance with standards.
  • Conduct standard testing processes on in-process or final products during manufacturing or inspection.
  • Record and analyze testing results.
  • Follow all safety rules and practices, participate in safety committees or continuous improvement initiatives as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
  • Understanding of operational functions to be inspected.
  • Willingness to achieve certification in at least one NDE method within 6 months.
  • Ability to perform basic quality control of incoming materials or end products.
