Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Gatekeeper to support product quality by providing world-class feedback to our production team. This role involves auditing homes in designated gateways, documenting findings, and communicating status to management as audits are completed.

Responsibilities include following up on audit results, attending production meetings, and reporting overall program status. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong attention to detail and familiarity with Word and Excel

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Sound judgment at all levels within the facility.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Audit homes in designated gateways to assess quality.
• Document audit findings using available technology.
• Communicate status to management via radio when audits complete.
• Follow-up on audit findings and document completion times.
• Attend production meetings and report overall program status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
