Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing is seeking a Gatekeeper to support product quality by providing world-class feedback to the production team, identifying opportunities and following up on issues. The role involves auditing homes in designated gateways, documenting findings, and communicating status to management.

You will participate in production meetings, track audit timelines, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated positive influence and optimistic demeanor.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Willingness to learn and grow continuously.
• Sound judgment in all interactions at all levels within the facility.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and expectations.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of homes in the designated gateways.
• Document findings during the audit using available technology.
• Communicate to management team via radio when audit is complete, document notification times.
• Follow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times to generate overall response times.
• Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in their gateway.
• Other duties as assigned.
