Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Gatekeeper to support the overall quality of our product by providing world-class feedback to our production team and identifying areas of opportunity.

The role conducts audits of homes in designated gateways, documents findings, communicates status to management, and follows up to close out audit items while participating in production meetings and supporting continuous quality improvement across the Clayton Manufacturing unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive influence and optimistic demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of our homes in the designated gateways
• Document findings during the audit using available technology
• Communicate to management team via radio when audit is complete, document notification times
• Follow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times to generate overall response times
• Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in their gateway
• Other duties as assigned.
