Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Gatekeeper to support product quality by providing world-class feedback to our production team. This role involves auditing homes in designated gateways, documenting findings, and communicating status to management as audits are completed.

Responsibilities include following up on audit results, attending production meetings, and reporting overall program status. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong attention to detail and familiarity with Word and Excel

Position Summary

The Gatekeeper will support the overall quality of our product by providing world class feedback to our production team; identifying, communicating and following up on areas of opportunity.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of our homes in the designated gateways.
• Document findings during the audit using available technology.
• Communicate to management team via radio when audit is complete, document notification times.
• Follow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times to generate overall response times.
• Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in their gateway.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Continuous willingness to learn and grow
