Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer returns and complaints and determine acceptable actions.
• Input and analyze scrap and rework.
• Create and update shop floor work instructions.
• Partner with suppliers on quality issues.
• Provide metrics to plant manager.
• Participate in Quality Management System implementation and audits.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Engage in cross training to maximize operations efficiency.
