Job summary

NDS is seeking motivated, team-oriented individuals for an inspection-focused role in Lindsay, CA. The position involves basic dimensional and visual inspection of first article, in-process, and final parts, with attention to detail and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining inspection records, using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and related equipment, and potentially performing materials tests. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years related inspection experience preferred.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Performs basic dimensional and visual inspection of first article, in-process, and final inspection.
Prepares and maintains required inspection records.
Uses measuring devices to ensure product compliance with specifications.
Rejects defective parts and marks type of defect on parts/assets.
May perform materials testing such as melt index, UV, impact, and other tests.
May generate metrics for Statistical Process Control.
