Job summary

PPG Quality in Ridgeway, SC is hiring a Quality Inspector for 1st shift (7:00am–5:30pm) with weekends as needed. Pay rate is $17.00/hr. You will perform sorting, inspection, data entry, and follow SOPs to uphold quality in diverse environments, from yards to warehouses.

Job Title: Quality Inspector – Automotive Manufacturing

Shift: 1st – Hours 7:00am – 5:30pm

Location: Ridgeway, SC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends when needed

PAY RATE: $17.00/hr

Job Summary

Quality Inspectors are responsible for a wide range of hands‑on duties including sorting, inspection and data capture. They work directly with customers to resolve and prevent quality issues, reinforcing PPG QUALITY’S commitment to superior solutions. Work environments vary from yard sorts, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, etc. – whatever the customer needs. Inspectors must be flexible with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail. The success of our organization depends on the dedication of our team members.
