  • Clean, prepare, and process metal components through production stages.

  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with specs.
  • Complete required production records accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area per standards.
  • Report malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Operate degreasing and color processing equipment according to established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Clean, prepare, and process metal components through various stages of production.
  • Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor equipment and processing conditions to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Inspect parts for defects and verify compliance with quality specifications.
  • Complete all required production records and documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to supervision promptly.
  • Demonstrate acceptable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support efficient production.
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience & Skills
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrate acceptable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prepare required paperwork completely and accurately.

Physical Requirements
