Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to grow into a more technical QA role overtime.

Responsabilités

• Check NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
• Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for nonconformances.
• Assist in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials.
• Audit work order entries in NetSuite ERP system.
• Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation following VRMA processes.
• Assist receiving inspection with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection.
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
