Job summary

Eravant in Torrance, CA is seeking a QA/Production support specialist responsible for outgoing QA and data-driven administrative tasks. You will monitor the NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders ready for inspection and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

You will investigate nonconformances, assist with testing and inspection, and help maintain documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A detail-oriented, proactive attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Workplace is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in growing into a more technical QA role over time.

Responsibilities

• Check NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.

• Audit work order entries in NetSuite.
• Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist receiving inspection with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection.
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.

• Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting
• Documentation for non-conforming material.
• Assist receiving inspection as needed with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection.
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
