Job summary

Senra Systems in Redondo Beach, CA, seeks a Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring conformance to drawings and industry specs. You will create FAIRs, CoCs, and EIDPs, support production, and drive CAPA for quality issues.

The role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on inspection of harnesses to IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Onsite work and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Experience inspecting harnesses to IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3.
• Proficient reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against drawings and specs.
• Create and maintain inspection documentation (FAIRs, CoCs, EIDPs).
• Support production timelines and on-time delivery.
• Lead RCA and CAPA for quality issues.
• Drive NCRs to closure.
• Investigate, document, resolve issues; implement corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements for quality and lean manufacturing.
• Perform product testing as required.
• Onsite work in Redondo Beach, CA.
