Responsibilities:
  • Guardians of Quality: Read blueprints and instructions to understand the quality expectations for raw materials and finished products.
  • Spot the Flaws: Approve or reject materials based on stringent quality standards, recording supplier performance for continuous improvement.
  • Precision Testing: Perform complex tests using automated systems to ensure the highest quality and functionality standards are met.
  • Record Excellence: Maintain comprehensive records of all testing, metrics, and any defects found, ensuring transparency and traceability.
  • Monitor Production: Inspect all production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to strict quality protocols.
  • Equipment Supervision: Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and safe, rejecting any that do not meet the required standards.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Prepare detailed reports and present your findings to the quality manager, helping to steer improvements and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Proven Expertise: You bring proven experience in quality inspection, ideally within heavy manufacturing, with a special focus on sheet metal fabrication.
  • CMM Savvy: Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) technology is highly valued, adding an extra layer of expertise to our process.
  • Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: You have a keen eye for detail, with an unwavering commitment to ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality.
