SBA Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller for the second shift (2-10pm) at the North Carolina facility. You will inspect materials and finished products, document findings, and support production to uphold quality standards and customer specifications.

The role emphasizes identifying defects, reporting trends, and collaborating with the production team to ensure compliance and safe operation within a highly automated plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of quality control experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in furniture/wood products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and finished goods to verify quality.
• Document inspection results and report defects.
• Support production to maintain quality and compliance.
