Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Quality Assurance professional responsible for ensuring that all activities meet required quality standards, minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction through adherence to procedures and processes.

The role involves leading reviews, establishing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across local and global teams, with emphasis on audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads or participates in regular reviews with relevant departments and teams (local and global) to improve business performance and consolidate customer feedback
• Ensures KPIs are established and monitored to meet business targets
• Identifies opportunities to continually improve business performance supporting continuous improvement efforts
• Maintains accurate reporting and documentation such as inspection reports, central reports, customer reports, quality documents, templates and presentations
• Identifies and anticipates business risks
• Manages audits from internal or external organisations to support certifications (PCI, ISO9001, CQM, etc)
• Supports process owners in organizing cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
• Communicates with customers, suppliers and external bodies as required
• Supports training to ensure teams are skilled and motivated to perform to quality standards
• Participates in inspections and audits as needed and applies knowledge independently in routine scenarios
