Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product quality through visual and dimensional inspections. You will use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators, following established procedures and documenting results. This is a second shift role in Phoenix.

Required are 1–3 years in a quality-based role and a high school diploma or higher. Proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected for daily production tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior experience in quality-based role.
• High school diploma/equivalent or higher.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time throughout shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Proficiency with computers and programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform dimensional and functional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
• Follow established inspection procedures and document results accurately.
