Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a 2nd shift inspector at our California facility. You will perform dimensional and visual inspection of precision components using mechanical and electronic gauging, read blueprints, and verify against specifications.

Proficiency in Windows and the ability to stand, walk long periods, and lift heavy gauges is required. Some weekend work may be required; EEO/ITAR/EAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Windows OS proficiency required.
• Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy gages.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspection on precision components.
• Inspect parts for cracks and burns in magnetic particle and Nital etch lines.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to verify specifications.
