Position: Quality Control Inspector

Shift: 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) will train on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)

Position Purpose:
Our client is a well-established company in the global aerospace industry, seeking an experienced QC Inspector to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring all product inspections meet customer requirements and company standards.

Essential Functions:

• Follow quality processes and procedures to perform detailed inspections at receiving, in-process, and final stages.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Perform AS9102 first article inspections and other detailed inspections per specifications.
• Document all inspections in accordance with procedures and processes.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all components and assemblies for final acceptance.
• Develop and review inspection plans.
• Maintain parts history folders, inspection reports, and prints/drawings.
• Utilize standard measuring instruments.
• Calibrate and document hand tools and other inspection equipment.
• Perform visual inspections.
• Conduct hardness and electrical conductivity testing.
• Possess GD&T knowledge.
