Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector for an on-site role in Melbourne, FL. You will perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of components and assemblies to ensure adherence to customer specifications and ISO requirements, documenting results in real time.

We are looking for candidates with IPC-A-600/610/620 certification, ERP experience, and the ability to read drawings. Shifts are 2nd or 3rd; compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour with a 10% shift

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing inspection experience.
Minimum 1 year of ERP system experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume work.
IPC-A-600/610/620 certification or recent expiry within last year.

Responsibilities

Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of components and assemblies to verify conformance to drawings and specs.
Document inspection results in real-time using internal systems and logbooks.
Review drawings, procedures, and purchase orders to verify requirements and inspection steps.
Collaborate with engineers and production to direct rework and confirm completion.
Conduct in-process, final, incoming, and customer inspections while ensuring ISO compliance and workspace organization.
