FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Quality Inspector on 1st shift in Indianapolis, IN. The role audits quality, documents non-conformances, and supports improvement initiatives within distribution centers.

It requires attention to detail and teamwork with hourly associates and mid-management. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (associates preferred), basic math skills, and familiarity with SOPs and quality processes.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality processes is preferred.
• Experience in a distribution/manufacturing setting is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor quality requirements per QA policies and customer specs.
• Conduct visual inspections at various processing stages in fulfillment centers.
• Document non-conformance and review findings with management.
• Prepare reports and enter data into QA databases and files.
• Maintain 5S standards in audit areas and workspaces.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
