Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Quality Inspector on 1st shift. The role audits quality requirements, documents non-conformances, and enters data into quality databases.

It requires basic math, 5S knowledge, SOPs familiarity, and good communication with hourly associates and management. The position is hourly, nonexempt, and may require overtime and weekend work at southeastern or Plainfield facilities; associates may be eligible for health benefits, 401K, and employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ year of quality inspection experience in distribution/manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math, 5S, SOPs and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor quality requirements per QA policies and customer specs.
• Conduct visual inspections at processing stages in fulfillment centers.
• Document non-conformance and review with management.
• Prepare reports and enter data into quality databases/files.
• Maintain 5S standards in audit areas and workspaces.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• Support special projects as requested.
