Otis Florence, SC is seeking a Quality Inspector (1st Shift) to audit quality standards in in-process production across multiple factory areas. You will perform inspections, report non-conformances, and support containment efforts to maintain product conformance.

The role requires 2–4 years of manufacturing experience with inspection gauges, strong communication, and the ability to learn technical information quickly, while maintaining autonomy and comfortable with computer tools and drawing

Qualificações

• 2–4 years manufacturing experience with inspection gauges and devices.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, with all levels of staff.
• Ability to learn technical information quickly and apply to problems.
• Autonomy in task management.
• Proficiency in computer tools (email, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Blueprint/drawing interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform process audits within production cells, the warehouse and distribution center to ensure compliance to standard work, safety and quality procedures.
• Report identified non conformances in the audit database and communicate all essential information to Quality Engineers for root cause analysis.
• Perform part inspection to specified drawings, identifying and communicating any defects or non-conformances.
• Perform process and equipment validation such as wire crimp pull testing and torque validation.
