Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is hiring a Quality Inspector to ensure mechanical and electrical assemblies meet quality standards throughout manufacturing. You will perform in-process and final inspections, verify conformance to drawings, and document nonconformances.

This full-time on-site position offers competitive hourly pay ($14.86–$26.73) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using manufacturing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and workmanship issues.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Summary

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role performs inspections of mechanical and electrical assemblies, verifies compliance with specifications and work instructions, and supports production teams in delivering safe, high-quality products.
