Ultra Assurance Function

Responsible for ensuring Ultra's Quality Policy effectiveness, full compliance with regulatory and customer specifications, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System. This involves working with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure product and process conformity, monitoring quality non-conformances, and striving for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of manufacturing productivity and efficiency.

Additional Role Details

Nationality Requirements: Candidates must be eligible for the relevant security clearance due to the nature of our programmes.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform receiving inspections and appropriate transactions in internal systems.
  • Conduct in-process and final QA audits of products.
  • Use hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
  • Maintain inspection files and interpret prints for measuring parts.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving departments.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or QA inspection and testing.
  • Eligibility to obtain export authorization (US Person or eligible non-US Person).

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of hand and measuring tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail and good coordination.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to read small text and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Information:

Expected annual compensation: $47,500–$53,000, based on experience and qualifications.
