Job Description

The Ultra Assurance team ensures compliance with quality policies and standards, working with Operations and Engineering to maintain high standards of manufacturing and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection and appropriate transactions in internal systems.
• Conduct in-process inspections and final QA audits.
• Use hand tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Maintain inspection files and interpret prints for measuring parts.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving departments.
• Be flexible with schedule, including weekends and overtime.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or QA inspection.
• Eligible for security clearance.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic math and blueprint reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good coordination.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read small text and perform repetitive tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
