Join ENTEK Today as our new Quality Inspector!

Quality Inspector position ensures the quality of civil, mechanical, and electrical work on buildings 1 and 2 at the Terre Haute site. As the owner’s representative, this person will work with the ENTEK team and maintain professional relationships with all contractors, reporting to the Director of Construction.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Observation and inspection of civil, mechanical, and electrical work performed by contractors at the Terre Haute site.
• Write daily reports on items observed and report daily to the Director of Construction.
• Work daily with ENTEK PMs on locations needing observations and inspection.
• Submit daily issues to the team for resolution immediately, as observed.
• Work with contractors on locations of key work areas needed for inspection.
• Attend the morning work briefing with contractors and the team.
• Offer resolutions to the ENTEK team for issues that arise.

Essential Functions

• Observe and report on the inspection of work.
• Reporting daily.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Take directions from the Director and PMs.
• Maintain professional attitude with all team members and contractors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 5 years of relevant experience, including:
• Mechanical and equipment installation in a heavy industrial setting.
• Civil experience with dirt work and concrete pours.
• Experience working closely with multiple contractors on a large job site.
• Prefer some electrical knowledge.
