Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform final inspections of products prior to shipment, verify condition, packaging, labeling and documentation to satisfy customer requirements.

The role requires documenting nonconformances, ensuring releases occur only after approvals, maintaining inspection records for traceability, and providing feedback to reduce shipping-quality issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience performing quality inspections or similar.
• Ability to follow established procedures with limited autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspections of products prior to shipment to ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
• Verify product condition, packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipping requirements before release.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or nonconformances that could impact shipment.
• Ensure orders are released for shipping only after required quality checks and approvals are completed.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation to support traceability and customer requirements.
• Monitor recurring shipping-quality issues and provide feedback to improve processes and reduce customer complaints.

• Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24.00
