Job summary

Arrow Electronics’ Phoenix Integration facility is seeking a Quality Engineer to collaborate across departments and drive sustainable quality results. You will maintain the quality system, assist audits, and lead process improvements using data and risk analysis.

Role requires 2–3 years of related experience, an engineering degree or diploma, and strong presentation/communication skills. Office-based, 5 days a week in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality system and documentation.
• Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certificates.

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Train on quality areas like ESD, 6S and lean methods.
• Present to coworkers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
• Review feedback and implement changes to improve products and customer satisfaction.

Arrow's Phoenix Integration facility has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Engineer. In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and improve quality system and documentation.

• Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering Degree preferred with three or four-year diploma.
• 2 to 3 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$78,000.00 - $88,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
