Job summary

NanoXplore Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a hands-on Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. You will perform inspections, monitor inventory, handle hand tools, and maintain accurate labels on shipments.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols, ability to work with others, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Forklift certification is preferred and timely reporting of issues to supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct inspections for all components shipping to customers.
• Perform daily dock audits and ensure labels match inventory on skid.
• Immediately alert supervisors to any product issues.
• Take part measurements using various hand tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and support periodic audits.
• Maintain forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
• Support plant safety initiatives and uphold environmental policies.
• Report issues promptly to a supervisor and follow company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other Duties As Assigned)

• Production
• Perform inspections for all components shipping to Customers
• Perform daily dock audits
• Immediately alert any product issues to supervisors
• Take part measurements using various hand tools
• Monitor Inventory Levels
• Ensure shipping labels match inventory on skid
• Perform periodic inventory audits/inspections
• Production Support
• Provide back-up support for various production roles, when needed.
• Maintain forklift certification
• Support plant safety initiative & maintain safety protocols within all areas of production
• Report any and all issues to a supervisor
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT Employee Handbook
