Job summary

NanoXplore in North Carolina is seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing activities. You will perform inspections, monitor inventory, operate hand tools, and ensure labels match inventory on skids, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role offers backup production support, forklift certification upkeep, and adherence to company policies. You will report issues to supervisors and participate in audits and safety initiatives to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Production
• Perform inspections for all components shipping to Customers
• Perform daily dock audits
• Immediately alert any product issues to supervisors
• Take part measurements using various hand tools
• Monitor Inventory Levels
• Ensure shipping labels match inventory on skid
• Perform periodic inventory audits/inspections
• Production Support
• Provide back-up support for various production roles, when needed.
• Maintain forklift certification
• Support plant safety initiative & maintain safety protocols within all areas of production
• Report any and all issues to a supervisor
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT Employee Handbook
