Job summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Lebanon, NH to recruit Roller Inspection Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift on a temp-to-hire basis.

Expect $23.00-$30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Duties include setting up and using precision gauges, inspecting rollers for accuracy and finish, and performing in-process quality checks while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary or trade education preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and gauges preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision inspection gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OOR.
• Inspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerances.
• Perform visual inspections and complete final packaging per company standards.
• Verify completion of special processing steps such as stability checks, Nital Etch, and Magnaflux.
• Perform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow documentation procedures.
• Assist with training team members as needed.
• Support light machine operator duties when required.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality inspection.

Position: Roller Inspection Technician
Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Duties / Responsibilities

Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
