Adecco Staffing is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector I for a 3rd shift in East Providence, RI. The role involves inspecting products from Assembly or Injection Molding, ensuring quality standards are met.

Willingness to perform measuring with calipers and gauges, plus basic blueprint interpretation, are required. Pay is $20.75/hour with benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills.

• Previous quality assurance or inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform variable and attribute inspections according to established sampling plans and document findings.
• Interpret basic blueprint dimensions and notes related to inspected parts.
• Package, weigh, and label products while recording accepted and rejected quantities.
• Perform measurements using calipers, go/no-go gauges, digital calipers, optical comparators, tensile testers, and other inspection equipment.
• Conduct functional testing to verify product quality.
• Properly use, maintain, and care for measuring and testing equipment.
• Determine product acceptability based on workmanship standards and established procedures.
• Disposition products as approved or rejected.
• Perform sorting and rework activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Shift: 3rd Shift

Location: East Providence, RI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Inspector I will perform inspections on products manufactured through Assembly or Injection Molding processes, ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform variable and attribute inspections according to established sampling plans and accurately document findings.

• Interpret basic blueprint dimensions and notes related to inspected parts.

• Package, weigh, and label products while recording accepted and rejected quantities.

• Perform measurements using luer gauges, go/no-go pins, digital calipers, optical comparators, tensile testers, and other inspection equipment.

• Conduct functional testing to verify product quality.

• Properly use, maintain, and care for measuring and testing equipment.

• Determine product acceptability based on workmanship standards and established procedures.

• Appropriately disposition products as approved or rejected.

• Perform sorting and rework activities as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
