Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Testing: Operate laboratory testing equipment and perform daily product testing.
  • Compliance Reports: Generate Certificates of Compliance test reports as required.
  • Quality Inspections: Perform in-process and routine quality inspections and machine/work-center process audits.
  • Equipment Calibration: Assist with the calibration of QC lab equipment.
  • Quality Management: Continuous validation of compliance with the Quality Management System.
  • Documentation: Develop quality-related SOPs, Work/Technical Instructions, and Data Sheets.
  • Issue Reporting: Create and track/report quality and nonconformance issues per the Quality Management System.
  • Customer Complaints: Investigate customer complaints and returned materials related to potential quality issues.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • College associate/Bachelor degree; Trade School with related lab/quality experience is acceptable.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret routine work instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to read and interpret industry standards is a plus.

Primary Location: Lancaster, PA with some occasional travel to our Denver, PA office.
