Position: Quality Inspector / CMM Operator
Location: Hudson, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience/fair market value
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Purpose & Scope: This crucial role will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality parts and components through proper measurement and testing practices.
· Conduct visual checks on all product lines throughout various stages of production
· Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
· Ensure parts meet specific parameters through accurate measuring and testing practices
· Communicate quality issues to production personnel through work aids
· Coordinate product and process validation by performing First Article, PPAP, and submit sample parts to customers
· Handle internal and external quality issues by developing and driving timely and effective Corrective Actions

Requirements:The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven experience in testing plastics injection molding products
· Previous blueprint experience and GD&T knowledge
· FAI (First Article Inspection) & PPAP understanding
· Prior programming and use of PC-DMIS for CMM
· Be a team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability read, write, and communicate in English
