Now Hiring: Quality Inspector – Manufactured Structures Division

Are you passionate about construction quality and precision? Do you thrive in environments where your inspection skills make a meaningful impact? Join PFS TECO, a 100% employee-owned company and industry leader in third-party certification, as a Quality Inspector in our Manufactured Structures Division.

In this role, you’ll travel to modular and manufactured home plants across your region, conducting inspections that help ensure construction excellence, regulatory compliance, and consumer safety. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground representative of our commitment to integrity, partnering closely with plant personnel and our in-house technical experts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive inspections at modular/manufactured building facilities.
  • Evaluate and verify plant quality systems against PFS TECO and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Identify and report deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback to manufacturers and help drive improvements in quality performance.
  • Stay current on building codes and compliance standards.
  • Use your knowledge of ICC codes, quality systems, and building plans to ensure safe and consistent product outcomes.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in building construction, inspections, or quality control.
  • Familiarity with ICC codes, manufactured housing standards, and quality auditing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • ICC certifications or a willingness to earn them.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred.
