Onboarding, Outreach, and Quality Supervisor - Remote position in Pennsylvania

Our Community Wellness Team and Long-Term Support Services assist individuals living in the community to gain access to services and support that meet their needs, most often referred to as waivers. The LTSS Service team works together with individuals and their person-centered planning team to identify, coordinate, and facilitate all necessary services regardless of the funding source.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, this person is responsible for supporting effective and efficient CW2SP services. This is accomplished by providing onboarding for new staff. Additionally, this person is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance standards within the service line. Through ongoing oversight of initial training and data collection, this person is also responsible for providing technical assistance and training to ensure staff has the needed support and knowledge to deliver effective and efficient services.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides new staff orientation
  • Oversees quality and compliance standards
  • Attends outreach events
  • Provides coaching/training for all staff
  • Promotes an engaged CW2SP team
  • Provides coverage to other supervisor(s)
  • Ensures compliance with training hours
  • Promotes member/participant satisfaction
  • Maintains positive relationships
  • Promotes the SAM culture


Personal Characteristics:

Education and Experience:

Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, work may be required at night and on weekends, travel throughout the SAM footprint may be extensive and may be in adverse weather conditions, overnight travel will be required, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
