Job summary

Paragon D&E is seeking a mid-level Quality Inspector to join our collaborative team that values accuracy on precision aerospace components.

You will operate CMM equipment (Romer Arm, laser tracker), interpret GD&T drawings, document results, and help maintain our AS9100 quality system while supporting continuous improvement and cross-team problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment (aerospace or defense experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with GD&T and precision measurement equipment.
• PC-DMIS and/or PolyWorks experience preferred.
• Strong communicator who can work across teams.
• A two-year degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
