Staffmark is hiring a Quality Inspector in Garden City, GA to inspect inbound/outbound shipments and finished products for quality compliance. You will read blueprints, use calipers and micrometers, and document results carefully.

This role supports warehouse operations and safety, with a Monday–Friday shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm and a pay rate of $17.00/hour. The position emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy in records, and teamwork to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

Job Duties

• Inspect and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular verification processes
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Perform order picking, pallet building, loading, and unloading as needed
• Support general warehouse operations and perform all General Labor duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with team members to meet daily productivity and customer service goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
• Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
• Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Inspector.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Inspector you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
