$23.00/hr - $27.00/hr

We are hiring immediately for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Day, Night, or Weekend shift team. If you’re detail-oriented, experienced in mechanical inspection, and ready to jump into a high-performance shop environment — we want to hear from you.

Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Lubbock, TX

Shift Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Note: Higher-level quality positions also available depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on raw materials, mechanical parts, and assemblies.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) before production begins.
• Verify compliance to purchase order requirements and customer specifications.
• Accurately use inspection tools, including CMM, OGP, fixtures, and gauges.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specs, job travelers, and GD&T requirements.
• Record inspection results into the MES system.
• Ensure all certifications and documentation are complete before shipment.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to the team.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and company core values.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (No relocation assistance offered)
• Experience in precision manufacturing or mechanical inspection
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D
• Able to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer entry
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Background check required
