Job summary

CCS INC in Anaheim, CA is seeking a quality control inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products.

The candidate should have 2 years in a QC environment, strong measurement tool skills, and be able to read engineering drawings with GD&T per ASME/ANSI standards. A high school diploma is required, with competitive benefits and a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manual inspections to identify surface defects using micrometres, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T per ASME/ANSI standards.
• Document defects and create NCRs.
• 2 years’ experience in a Quality Control environment.
• Experience with machined components in all inspection phases, including receiving.
• Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with engine parts is a plus.
