Job Description
Required Skills:

Job Duties:
- Conduct First Piece Inspection.
- Measure parts using measuring tools/gages and prints.
- Record 1st Piece data in Excel-based documents.
- Conduct ongoing In-process audits to verify the manufacturing process is followed and the product maintains quality requirements.
- Record In-process audit findings in Excel-based documents.
- When non-conforming products are identified, work with the Supervisor to sort parts and communicate results to the team.
- Review daily scrap.
- Perform 100% inspection of product when required.
- Conduct fast response when issues are found.
- Participate in the corrective action team to resolve issues.
- Complete other duties within the department as directed, with proper training.
