Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz seeks a hands-on Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead the Inspection team on the production floor, coordinate activities across sites, and ensure products meet industry and customer standards.

You will drive root‑cause analysis, implement continuous improvements, supervise and develop inspectors, and produce weekly reports to support decision‑making while maintaining traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

2+ years in a Quality Supervisory role in electronics or aerospace manufacturing.
5+ years hands-on quality inspection experience in electronics or aerospace manufacturing.
Technical or Associate degree in related quality/electronics/aerospace field.
Experience or training in ESD practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the inspection team.
Lead and coach inspectors, train and mentor, monitor performance.
Ensure ISO9001/AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards and safety requirements.
Manage inspection records, deviations, corrective actions, and traceability.
Handle nonconforming material and support root‑cause analysis with QE.
Produce weekly inspection reports highlighting findings and trends.
Liaise with production and engineering to align on quality standards.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
