Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inspection team activities.
• Lead and coach inspectors, train and mentor, monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 and aerospace standards.
• Manage inspection records, deviations, corrective actions, and traceability.
• Handle nonconforming material and support root-cause analysis with Quality Engineering.
• Produce weekly inspection reports highlighting findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with production and engineering to align on quality standards and objectives.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality.
