Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience in customer insights, product analytics, quality, merchandising, product creation, user research, or related analytical function.
• Experience translating data into recommendations that influenced business or product decisions.
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building trust and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
