Patagonia is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Ventura, CA. This role focuses on data-driven supply planning, building scalable reporting, and delivering actionable analysis to improve product availability and inventory decisions.

You will design dashboards in Tableau, develop SQL-based reporting layers, and partner with stakeholders to turn analytic insights into business impact. The position is hybrid, with on-site collaboration and remote work on other days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in analytics, BI, or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with relational databases.
• Tableau dashboard development experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience translating data findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting for Supply Planning and related teams.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting layers for operations and strategy.
• Translate reporting requirements into scalable data solutions with stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on inventory, supply planning, fulfillment and product availability.
• Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies across reporting systems.
